Denco Mfg. was our first design build project in 1985. It started as a 22,000 square foot building. We have done eleven projects for this owner over the years.

Concrete construction is where it all began back in 1974. Our first job was a sixty dollar sidewalk replacemnt in West Allis WI. We struggled along each summer for the first few years trying to save enough money to make it through the cold winters. Back then outdoor construction pretty much shut down in November at deer hunting season and didn't resume until weight limits came off the roads in March or April.
In the early 1980's we were doing repeat business for general contractors some of whom we still perform work for to this day forty years later. In the mid 1990's we were the second contractor in Wisconsin to purchase a Somero Laser Screed as seen on left. This enabled us to make huge, more precise, high quality concrete pours than ever before. We also use laser grading equipment to ensure the exact proper floor thickness.We have poured millions of square feet of floor slabs and pride ourself on achieving higher "F" numbers than are specified. That means your floor will be perfectly level and flatter than specified.
F.C. Price Corp. normally provides all labor and material to complete your floor projects from laser grading to jointing and sealing, but if you prefer we can provide only the labor and equipment to place and finish your floor and you do the rest. On many occasions concrete contractors ask us to partner with them to produce a better floor faster.

These pictures show a 60,000 square foot tilt up concrete building for Northwoods Paper in Beaver Dam WI that we did in 2002. The building is 30' high and we stood all the wall panels on a Saturday and Sunday with a 12 man crew.

In the winter of 2011 F.C. Price Corp was contracted to deliver the concrete and masonry phases of this three story student housing at UW Whitewater. It is 3 stories with underground parking. A rendering is above and these are construction in progress. Also some pictures of Les Moise in Mequon, WI that we were doing at the same time as the Element.
