Denco Mfg. was F.C. Price Corp's. first design build project in 1985. It began as a 22,000 square foot building. F.C. Price Corp has done many projects for this owner over the years.
F.C.Price Corp designed and built this climate controlled storage building for Wisconsin Oven Corp. featuring an epoxy floor. Over the years we completed many projects for Wisconsin Oven.
F.C.Price Corp designed and built the first plant for Plastronics Plus in 1987. We built a new building over and around the existing building to minimize any disrupted production. We put several additions onto the plant until they were out of space on that lot. Needing more space they leased a building from us in our industrial park and we completed this project on the left.

Brown's Service Wisconsin Golf contracted F.C. Price Corp.to design and build a new golf cart storage building in Walworth WI. It is a two story building designed to take a third floor in the future for a total of 750 golf carts. FC Price Corp. self performed all of the concrete, steel erection and carpentry on this project in 2013.
